The exercise ball will be great for home, but do you have tips for work? I’m a substitute teacher and I’m in a different classroom every day, so can’t bring a ball everywhere. In elementary I am usually active, but in middle/high school I’m in my chair for most of the day.
Are you referring to when I demonstrate how I sit in a chair? If so you can do the same just scoot forward on the chair and position one leg so the knee can point down. Does that help?
