Today you’ll be focusing on your shoulders. Perform 2 sets 10 reps for each exercise. Feel free to use your own stretches if you like or follow the ones listed. You’re stretching to maintain.

Lateral raises 2 sets 10 reps

Rear pulls 2 sets 10 reps

Front raise 2 sets 10 reps

Pole shoulder press 2 sets 10 reps

Internal shoulder rotation 2 sets 10 reps

External shoulder rotation 2 sets 10 reps

Tush push 5 attempts Don’t worry if these are not easy, they take time to get the hang of, it’s just practice.

Dolphin push ups 1 set 5-10 reps

Butterfly stretch Hold 30 seconds

Over under stretch Hold 30 seconds

Press stretch Hold 30 seconds

  1. Was able to do 10 straight shoulder presses on the pole today. I started my StudioVeena journey barely being able to do 1 press properly 🙂 I love how these small regular exercises make me so much stronger!
