Whoa … this little workout had me breathing hard! Awesome for the abs! I’m sore today after Day 3 workout… so my arms were aching every time i had to use them! 😅

I loved the sexy legs and abs routine! So much fun! I only have carpet in my apartment so I got stuck with a few movements. I think I may try it at the gym on of these days. Of course it kicked my butt and now I understand why Veena said to keep smiling and breathe hahaha I had to remind me of that… thanks a bunch! I hope we get to do it more in the flow program
