  1. First 2 days went great! Excited to get more of a ‘workout feel’ back, I was really sore from day 1. Seems like good balance so far by keeping the fun of the spins on day 2. I found the spins to go easier on spinning pole vs. static, I think because it is more of a hold than a slide. In need of the massage routine and excited to see what the rest of the program holds!

  2. Day 1 offered me soreness in my biceps wooohoooo! Day 2 reminded me I was sore when doing my climbs. I think intermediate is just what I need for a body challenge. I am super excited for this program! So happy you created it. My body welcomes this challenge! I LOVE the shrugs from day one. I especially found myself challenged in downward dog.

  3. Day 1 an 2 was pretty awesome I do find I’m sore today , so I’m looking forward to doing the pole massage, but I might have a practice at the X Ankle climb before the massage 🤩 x soo looking forward to the rest of the programme xx❤️

        1. Hmmm. I guess maybe some leggings aren’t compatible with some powder coating. For example I know paradise chick has a sticky legging that isn’t very grippy at all and I feel that wouldn’t work well on PC. But I have used my leggings on my powder coated pole just fine.

          1. If they don’t work I’d like to know, cuz I’ve not had that problem but it would be helpful for me to know it’s a possibility.
