Which version of the thigh rest (jamilla) is needed for the cert? Only the tucked legs or open V legs aka the move known as Jamilla?
Only tucked
How many grips are needed for the fan legs? All three or only the favourite one?

Who else tried to reverse the fan kick stay on the same side? It’s a challenge alright 🙂 Also is it ok to take the spins to the floor?
You can totally take a spin to the floor.
I’m so happy I passed! Some of these moves were difficult for me on my bad side.
