  1. Hi Veena,

    I always have so much trouble getting the proper muscles with this stretch. I have tried every different combination of modifications and I always get one of three results:
    1) No stretch at all
    2) Calf stretch
    3) I am trying so hard to maintain the anterior pelvic tilt that my quads are firing like crazy and I am not really relaxing into the pose

    Do you have any tips for this?
