Today start with the Active middle splits routine then move on to Straight edge practice, just work on getting into your favorite grip for today. Do this 5 times on both sides, only if you feel comfortable.

I’d love to hear which grip you decided on! I personally love the Forearm grip.

Don’t skip the forearm stretches.
