    So ladies, I read an article in Womens Health about Calories and small weighs to burn more calories!! This one I am about to share I thought was pretty neat!

    The temperature of your home can affect how many calories you lose or dont!
    During the summer if you keep your A/C at a comfty 75 degrees, turn it down a bit to 78!!!
    If during the winter you keep your Heat at a comfy 75, turn it down to 72!!
    Changing the temperature in your home to a non so comfy temp can actually help youto lose about 20 calories a day!! Because your body is working harder to keep its self warmer or colder!! And adding a workout is a plus and increase the amount of calories you could burn!!!!!!!
