my first video
hey guys! i am new but you all seem so nice here i decided to post my video and ask for some tips or suggestions of what moves to learn next…
one thing i would critique on my video is dancing too far away from the pole when im just dancing https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_neutral.gif
so please let me know what i should improve but also what moves i should try next as i’m always trying to figure what’s next but i can’t take lessons right now.

A tip I can give you..
-When inverting, make sure you are using your abs to pull you up, not your feet. You can hurt your shoulders and back doing that. A great exercise for getting that core strength is holding on the pole (while standing next to it) gripping like you would to do your invert. Then pick your feet up off the ground and lift your knees to your chest. Repeat a few times then switch to the other side of the pole.Other than that your spins looked pretty good and your dancing was just fine! Not sure about the song choice (my opinion, don’t worry about it!)
but those moves were really good for your first video!!!! loved your spins and nice inverts! -
The song choice made me giggle so long! It’s like the only song in pop history where I preferred the censored version- even though I agreed with everything she required.
Great first video, though! chock full of stuff most enjoyable!

How funny about your song.. we just had a bachelorette pole N chair party here at the studio, and we did the chair routine to this song… ( They picked the song out ) I hadn’t heard this song in a LONG time… until this past week… But good job on your video.
