My 6 month pole-i-versary!
I haven’t posted any vids yet that really show the progress I’ve made in 6 months, so I wanted to do a vid that I felt did me justice. My plan is to do a record a full dance with a semi-routine (that I’m currently working on) on the 29th, which will be the 6 month mark.
Keep in mind this first vid is not just stuff I know, but also stuff I’m still working really hard on. But I wanted to show you all how much you inspire me, and how grateful I am to have been able to learn from all of you since I started. Thank you guys for helping me start walking down one of the most rewarding paths I’ve ever set foot on. Never before poling have I taken athletics seriously, and my body, mind, and spirit thanks me for what I have discovered. Much love to you all!

I’m really proud that I got a good take of it on video. It’s a move that’s freaked me out ever since I fell out of it badly over x-mas break. (Don’t worry, my thick skull broke the fall https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif ) But it’s nice to get over the fear!
