This one is so challenging and I don’t know why 😭 I feel like I’m just smashing my tailbone into the floor and my legs can’t bend at those angles lmao
Working on increasing your hip rotation will help a ton. I have a table bone that sticks out and when I practice, I use a pillow or a mat. But also they’re challenging. Lol
