Caterpillar Climb

Once you understand the Caterpillar you can learn how to move around the pole with it. I’ll show you how to practice the climb on a short pole and you’ll learn how to “spin’ or rotate around the pole in Caterpillar on static pole. Also you’ll learn spinning pole skills as well.
