Today you’ll be working on strengthening the shoulders again, and I’ll teach you how to do a “sexy” walk and then you can practice it!

Pro tip: Don’t stress if your walk looks and feels awkward at first. Changing your natural movement pattern takes time. We will work on walking even more once you have access to a pole.

  1. Hi. When we put the foot down on the flor when wearing heels is it the toe that goes down on the floor First and then the heel? Or do we place them at the same time..? I mean how do we really are supposed to place the foot in platform high heels? 🙂
