Today you’ll be exercising your feet and hands while resting your major muscle groups.

Pro tip: Check your workout log before every session to determine if you need to increase your sets or reps. If you feel guilty or worried about rest days, perhaps doing some journaling to help weed out truth from stories we all make up in our heads would be helpful.   1. I completed these in the morning and then played volleyball in the evening. I definitely need to take another rest day. My arms are so sore and so are some other parts of my body lol. Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขm going to do the pole massage that Veena provides.
