Today you’ll begin to work on common grips you can use for doing edge work and heel tracing. When working on the grips give each 2-5 tries on both sides.
Finish today with the massages and stretches.
I see what you mean that this is not beginner level. I definitely need to work on more upper body strength. Great lesson.
