  2. Day 2 complete loved the flow motion routine, barrel roll is ok but doing reverse grip slow is hard I can do the reverse grip spin but doing it half with feet on floor oh my ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿคฃ

        1. It takes a bit of a different approach to accommodate the heel. I use to have a quick demo on my IG for this but it was on my old account (before I was hacked) so I need to re-upload!
