Today is an active rest day so you’ll be playing around with transitions and floorwork. You’re getting so close to the last day. Are you feeling stronger?
For today perform 1 set of each for 10-20 reps.
Body waves or Reverse body waves Aim for 1 minute, it’s more challenging than you might think! Just choose one style of body wave.
Finish with some foam rolling if you like.
