Today begin with the Express warm up, then you’ll move on to combo practice performing lesson 4-8 for 2 sets on each side. This can be a lot if you’re a beginner so don’t worry if you can do them all, just do the combos you like best!

You’ve used your forearms a lot for pole work today so finish with forearm stretches.

  1. hi there!! Im just trying to navigate how to go through the program..are there instructions on how to do the front hook to back hook before trying? ( i just signed up for the two week trial and hope to figure this out soon, thanks)

    Flow 4 yes flow 5 yes , flow 6 a little messy, flow 7 hmm ok need to be a bit higher, an 8 mm ok apart from the easy up where you kick your legs out to stand a little confused 🤔 but great laugh xx ❤️

        The awkward parts are the shoulder slide with body waves and the last part of flow 8 but that’s it really xx♥️
