Anyone have some good tips or know of any tutorials that show how to do this move? I’ve seen a few videos of people doing it but no tutorials (I don’t have the lessons here at the moment). I’d quite like to give it a try for an Instagram challenge I’m doing. I can already do a pike hip hold so hoping that means this move is within my reach? Any info at all is welcomed! 🙂

Veena has a lesson here for this move. 🙂 if you can pike you can probably do the hip hold. You keep you r inside leg and armpit pressing into the pole . You open your outside leg into a straddle. Just be sure to keep pressing the inside thigh and armpit into the pole as that is the only thing holding you up. Practice it from the ground first. Veenas lesson helped me to get this one. Now I can do things like- stand on the ceiling ! 🙂

Yes, I have several lessons that will help you out! The first one I suggest is the Tuck Hip Hold https://stage.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4cc03fc0-c104-4bcf-a4df-4d4f0ac37250

Here is the actual lesson for the V Hip Hold https://stage.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4d0b6c59-6c98-4199-b5b1-2c4a0ac37250
