The studio that Little C used to go to is ran by a lady who has no clue when it comes to pole…she can barely invert…she teaches people how to do stuff that she can’t even do! No injury prevention, safety or technique is taught….and yes…she was telling Little C to run and jump into a body spiral…ahhhhhh…
