allegra help please!
i’d really like to get this move but i cant seem to even begin to understand it lol. what it seems like i should do is chopper, then hook right leg, switch right arm to behind right leg and reach back for left leg. can someone please explain how they get into it bc my way is not getting me any progress lol https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif

Are you taking the lessons? Veena shows two different ways to go into it in the lesson and Fleur teaches it from a scorpio…this is next on my to do list! Good luck!

I absolutely LOVE this move and it had me stymied! I was checking YT and no tutorials…just some beautiful Allegras..until Veena so graciously posted the lesson…I do it the first way she teaches…not as pretty as I would like but I am so glad I understand it now!

I do it out of flatline scoprio – I am not sure if my body likes this move much.
Veena is the first person I have seen to have a vid of it.
