    Hi I am a beginner, starting with the 30 day program, wondering if I could also incorporate floor work in a time or two a week? If so would it be best to do it back to back or do it on the active rest days during the 30 day start up?

    Hi 👋 If you are new to exercise I would suggest doing floor work on the same day you do the program. Then you can keep your rest days.

    If you’re not new to exercise you could do the floor work tutorials on active rest days. 💜
