    I was wondering WHEN, during a pole workout, is the best time to work on "the new move"? For example, i lost my twisted grip handspring, so that is my current goal and I’ve been trying to get it back.
    Anyway, I feel like I’m not warmed up enough at the beginning of my pole work out— and close to the end of my workout, I’m warmed up but my muscles are too tired to hold me up. Maybe I should start trying "the new move" immediately after warming up?
