Dolphin Push ups

In this video I’ll introduce you to a wonderful exercise to strengthen your core and shoulders. Dolphin push ups are helpful when training for Elbow stands, Forearm stands and Handstands too.

Suggested sets and reps 6-12 Reps 1-4 Sets. 3 times per week.
