This looks so fun! I was trying it the other day, but I was having the hardest time staying airborne long enough to get in carousel, chair, and closed front hook. I’m 5’4″, pole is 50mm and I work on spin mode. It felt like my top hand just couldn’t maintain grip long enough. 🙁
50 mm will be challenging to grip, requiring more strength than smaller diameter.
