  1. Im going to do these next time I work on shoulders cause my left shoulder is pretty weak still, before I had the finger surgery I didn’t do really anything with my arm or shoulder cause it hurt my finger,

    After my finger surgery my scapula was very weak, i couldn’t do pushups without hurting. I can do knee pushups now, so I am getting stronger.

    What other exercises would you recommend?
    What stretches for the shoulder?
