In this tutorial you’ll learn my favorite entry into this move and I’ll also learn several combo exits too. Like many of the Advanced level pole tricks, this is not a fundamental trick so if it doesn’t work for you, no worries. I am using a Cup grip for the top hand.

  1. How are you keeping your hand in place with a cup grip..? Are you pulling with that arm? I have trouble with this move and am wondering if I tried a cup grip if I would feel like I had more room, with that trapped leg against the pole. Twisted grip makes me feel too restricted. Split grip is better but my arm feels so short…
