I often use an illness as a time to stay in bed as long as I like, drink lots of fresh ginger tea and listen to podcasts and do some journaling. Oh sometimes I use those coloring books for grownups!

As far as injuries, man I never hurt myself in a way you would think. It’s been that way my whole life. I think it’s because when I’m dancing or doing something that might potentially cause injury. I’m very focused, but in my every day life…..😂
60 days is actually pretty common a lot of people stop and start and some people just keep redoing the 30 day takeoff and that’s OK too. That’s awesome you move onto level one. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help keep you on track.

We announced before the launch of this new website that we will no longer be hosting any videos and if you wanted to keep them, you need to download them.
We sent out multiple emails and I announced it several times on all of my social media accounts too.
