Explain pain? Soreness, ache or sharp, sudden? Have you been doing any shoulder conditioning?

It’s best to choose one preferable 30 take off, this one included stretching so you’re missing out if you chose the take off program. The stretching program is just focusing on flexibility.

This is one of those moves that I didn’t know had a name! You can go into a split from this position as well, is there a name for that split?

That’s totally normal when you’ve not been stretching. The best thing you can do is be sure your super warm before you start, like sweaty. Start off with less intense stuff and move to higher intensity. The first session back is always rough for me.

There are dance routines and advanced combos. Check out the routines section and quick lessons for combos. Drops I feel should be done in the class room. 😊 I’m open to other ideas tho! 💜

Great post!! I feel the same, I’m inspired to go to my pole usually by other things. A song, other dance styles, needing to let feelings out.

Remember doctors are there to fix, so if you go in their solution will often be surgery, medication or advice like just stop doing that. They don’t really work in prevention or even physical therapy unless you as to see a specialist.

I know sometimes surgery is the only option but have you tired adjusting your zumba schedule? Not taking classes so often or waiting to start class again until you have focused on strengthening the body over all. Speaking of, have you focus on strength and flexibility for the lower body, or better yet the whole body? Often pain in one area is part of a larger picture so if we focus on posture and strengthening the core, shoulders, and even working on proper pelvic placement can change things greatly.
