I’ve not tried xpoles new SS put the first ones were not good at all, it was a brushed finish and nothing like any SS I ever used, impossible to grip. I’d think they have changed it by now though. I don’t like SS at all, however the SS that PS has is very good and I have had very nice grippy days with it!

Depending on how active you really are often you probably don’t need something as expensive at a supplement! Unless you’re an athlete that works out for hours and hours a day you can get the protien you need from food. 😊 This site has a bunch of ideas! http://greatist.com/health/high-protein-snacks-portable
So If you can, buy some protein powder to have around just incase you need a quick shake or somthing but try and get most of it from your food. With a little planning you can make many of the post workout snacks ahead of time.

Ok I recorded both of the moves requested, do you still want me to break them down for you guys? I also have 2 other variations for the suicide back hook spin!

30 day take off! This program includes everything! That means some flexibility work too, but the focus is on getting the body prepared for pole and learning in a way that is progressive, building the foundation for all things pole 💜

Cool. 😎 Anything you guys want me to consider I need a video or photo of. I train alone and tend to focus on coming up with my own things, so I don’t know the names of everything out there lol 😀😀

I’d say the tank runs pretty true, they are very soft and stretchy.

I dance, then dance some more! Usually 3-6 full length songs! 🎶🎶🎶

Last year, I had on of my xstage poles powder coated in our SV coating by lil mynx!! I love it! I don’t think the stage or pole would be stable enough to use the lyra with both pole pieces, but I don’t know, that’s just my thought.

I use to yes! It was a matter of strength, conditioning and being super aware of my posture while working out and just in daily life too! I had low back and hip pain pretty much as long as I can remember. I don’t have pain anymore!!!! I use my pole to practice holding my pelvis and spine properly. Before dancing take a few minutes to try these exercises. 💜

Great explanation Tropical! 💜 I do have something to add. There are different ways to “Jade” I call it Split Hip Hold, my variation and what some (not all) pros see a “proper” jade is not as twisted, and should be done without the hand on the butt. The hand on butt is a bit of a cheat (and that’s ok!!!!!ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ») I’m only explaining this so everyone can see there’s a difference in jades. Regardless of which one you do the split or the Twisty you don’t need an oversplit.
The focus of my lesson is about getting the proper contacts so that you don’t have to use the hand to push your butt. The goal of my lesson is to ultimately be able to hold this with NO hand on butt. This means you will need more flexibility but until that point a half jade works beautifully!!! 😊😊
