I have 2 hammocks, one 8ft and one 10-13 or something like that. I didn’t like the look of handles everywhere and you can do so much with just the fabric that I just bought the hammock. Yes, that’s normal. I always suggest trying both sides when learning new moves, you never know what side will feel most comfortable. Start with the most secure side then makes sure you are working both sides equally, for the beginner and as many high level moves as you can. This is very important if pole is your only form of exercise, you need to balance the muscles to prevent injury! 💜

My hope is everyone can see workouts can be effective and fast even daily as long as you plan right! You also don’t have to workout to the point of being terribly sore for days. ðŸ‘
