There are lessons here on the site for lap dance! 😊

korinne, I’m not even upset, at this point its comical to me that they STILL tell everyone we’re backed by xpole and that we always speak poorly of them. They do it to themselves by behaving like crazy people and making claims like this to justify their poor service!

Ok I’ll be posting the October challenge! Yay!!!

This is not the first time this has been brought up. You’re beating a dead horse here people! ðŸ´
We have never been backed by any pole company or any company for that matter! We are an xpole dealer like all the other websites and studios out there! We sell our sv pole by lil mynx.

I love when we do an Oct challenge, with costumes and all. If I see more people asking for it I’ll create an Oct challenge! 🙂

Hi hessbe! Yes, there is a stretching section. Have you watched the Getting started Lessons for each section yet? These will have info on how often and how to use the lessons. Click on the Lessons link at the top of the site or here is the link https://stage.studioveena.com/lessons

Haha nice ideas! ðŸ‘

Participation for SV challenges had become very low so I have not been posting new ones. If it’s something members miss I would gladly bring it back.

Pole sit, Gemini, scorpio, thigh rest, split grips, planks, thigh holds, I could go on and on…something to keep in mind… almost every new hot move that pops up is a variation of or enters from a what I would call fundamental moves. You’ll find fundamental moves listed on our Gallery. If you know theses you can work on some of the crazier things.

That’s good to hear you worked out your pole issue! If you’re looking for guidance on getting back into pole check out the lessons here. 🙂 Hope to see video from you too!

This is a program to get dancers started again, either because they are new to pole or have been off the pole for a while.
The Ab challenge is free.

Great question! I do feel for some dancers spin can be better for the wrist etc. Something else to keep in mind, the size of the pole, and the size of your grip. If you have small hands on a large diameter pole it can be more challenging to grip with out over gripping!
Building up the strength you need for static spins and not working on them too often can help save your wrists, elbows and shoulders too! I personally do not work on many spins, MY body doesn’t like it, I’m taller with long limbs, I’ve never had strong wrists, and I want a long pole life so I try to stay within my limits! If I plan on doing many spins I make sure to work on conditioning exercises for a few sessions before I do a heavy static spin session. You would want to condition longer if you are NEW to pole. xoxo

I’ve danced (sexy) in front of a crowd with no problem….however, when I dance for my man, there’s always a bit of hesitation! I think it’s because when you do anything whether is cooking a meal or dancing, for the one you love you want it to be just right!
Honestly though, most guys doing wait for us to do crazy pole tricks, they want smooth, sensual and confident movement.

However, they can be a great incentive for people to work on something together and get out and take time each day to workout. So for that reason they can be helpful!!
I think the best options for those type of challenges are the yoga or things of that nature when you are trying a new pose each day. Have you done a yoga one yet Joel?
