It was great meeting many of you!!! 💜

I rarely wear heels, I hardly EVER even wear them out because of how hard they can be on your feet and back! You don’t have to feel like your not welcome here at all. We love to see chair, floor and any kind of movement related vids here, so feel free to share! Taking time off will be a good thing. xoxo

Buttercup!!!! Thank you for taking this on and making it happen! I’m swamped right now doing school at home with my kids, working and everything else. If we still had our place here we could have done it there, but I don’t think 20 ppl would fit in our RV! Lol I can’t wait to meet and see everyone!! 💜💜💜💜

Simply click on the lessons button or various other links around the site stuggesting purchasing the lessons. 😊
Also it’s a 30 program not a challenge so you’re learning how to create a pole session and much more! It’s is included with all lesson purchases 💜

I’d love to hear your SV names first or I’ll never remember who you are. lol I’m terrible with names! I’ll be wearing a purple SV tee, my hair changes so much often people don’t recongize me.

Can I come for lunch on Friday???

How are you entering into your butterfly? Also by normal do you mean using a split grip, or elbow forearm grip? Do you have a strong Caterpillar? Do you have a video? 🙂
-
Have you tried using the 30 day take off program so you don’t over train? That might be helpful.
-
That’s no good, where/how are you training? Home, studio or lessons here?

I’ve done a LOT of colors! Here’s what I do.
My natural color is dark brown. To get my bright colors I bleach it with an drug store box of bleach, nothing fancy. Then I always choose to color my hair with the lightest color I want to have first. Then move on the the next darkest color beaching roots when/if needed.
Recently I went right from bleached to blue. When I decided to go back to my natural color on top with purple under I did this…
bleached, then the next day I colored with PINK to tone down the greenish tone. Then I use my purple
On top of the pink. For the top natural layer, I picked a semi permanent color close to my color. I could see a bit of greenish blue, but now a month later it all looks brown and natural. My trick to pretty purple is go pink first. 💙💗💜Let’s see if this link to my crazy hair pics works https://stage.studioveena.com/photos/index/bc36cd42-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12#4d3b39f8-84a4-4efd-b73c-39cd0ac37250
