    Are you maybe doing a lot of spins and pole walks in a row? I think often when people home practice they don’t realize how often they repeat things they are comfortable with. It sounds like you have the lessons, are you following the 30 program, doing combos or routines, or just working on your own?

    Those you listed are short routines, with combos in them. I tend to refer to them as combos because I now have many long full length routines.

    No the combos are not the routines that you saw years ago. As an instructor I find I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and learn from wherever I can.

    Hi Welcome! Yep, everyone will progress differently. I came into pole strong from lifting weights, but then I had my 4th baby and after pregnancy I had to start over and the strength just wasn’t there. It came back though. 🙂 As long as your inverting properly and giving yourself time to rest you’ll do great!

    If you haven’t had the lessons since before I’ve uploaded the Marley, then you’ve also missed several new pole lessons, floorwork and the 30 combos and several strength and conditioning routines that are killer workouts.

    Yes the code still works and no my lessons are not like all the others! They are structured, in order so you progress from move to move and you can ask me questions on any lesson any time and I’ll reply ASAP! Also I’ve got many routines and combos, both for pole work and strength and conditioning. 💜
