I wanted to mention that if you can’t physically get together, there’s always the option of our Chatroom! If you have a webcam you can practice together from there or just talk about the weather :). The Chatroom can be found at the bottom left side in your browser. One on one (between people who are your friends) can be found on your bottom right!

You’ve come to the right place!! I have individual stretching lessons place in order according to muscle groups, these will give you a breakdown of proper body placement, so you get the most out of each stretch. I also have 3 Flexibility routines that are each, 20 + mins long!

Yay, let me know if you have any questions, once you sign up, start by watching the “getting started” lesson, it’s the first one, it will explain how to use the lessons. 🙂

Yay!! I would encourage you to post, because then you can look back at how far you’ve come! Everyone here is at different levels so there’s no need to wait, you might just inspire another newbie to share too!

FoolsErrand, this is GREAT! It’s one of the reasons I will always love, promote and support the sensual side of pole, it’s somehow very fulfilling to our souls. I’m so happy you posted this!

Aw thanks MD! Well after reading your last post I would agree that maybe finding a better pole space would help a ton!!!! I know I have moved my poles around 3 times in this house, and I still gravitate towards one space because of how it “feels”.

How are you structuring your home pole sessions? It’s best to have a plan, if you don’t it can end up wasting a lot of time and that’s not fun. Have you considered using the lessons here? The 30 day take off Program, is a program included with the lessons and it’s very structured. Also the lessons themselves are all place in order, allowing you to progressively build up strength and build in skill.
Something else to keep in mind when poling at home, pole conditions will vary because the climate will vary, hotter, colder, dry etc, and if you’re not warming up at home this can also affect your workout.
Here’s the 30 day take off program http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4KzMIIbZH0
This video explains how to use the lessons http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-Bgmg3jNmQ

A computer, iPad and some phones work too. To find it on your computer look down on the lower left side of the site, you’ll also find you can chat privately with friends, this function is on the lower right side. If using a phone, click on the little “more” tab under the videos button.

The best thing to do so you won’t miss out on what we offer, is to watch all of the Getting Started Lessons for each section. 🙂 They offer a lot of info about the lessons.

Not entirely sure, but it seems our regular chat users started using Skype and are also meeting elsewhere…:( I miss it too!

AdministratorJanuary 30, 2014 at 7:44 pm in reply to: Looking for a used freestanding pole ASAP!Both the SV pole and the Xpole with the vaulted mount will go up and down faster then a stage or an xpole with the dome. I don’t hide my pole from my kids or anyone. They are out for all to see, but if you need a pole that is removable really fast then the SV pole takes only seconds!!
