Are you asking me (Veena) if I do in home instruction? If so not in person, but you can learn from me at your home online though the lessons on the site. Here is a link for the lessons page, you wont be able to watch them but you can look at what I have listed. https://stage.studioveena.com/lessons If your just looking for someone to come to your house to throw a pole dance party you may be able to find someone on here that does that.https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

There are so many comments I love, but don’t have time to comment on their comment. A quick “like” would be nice. (like on FB). JusIf you like something then just write "Like" I have done that before when I didn't have time to comment. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

No, I see what your saying now. I didn't understand what you meant by "forward" until you meantioned to the front!! I get it! lol Here legs are pointing down mine are up in the lock https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Karol is doing the same thing I do (at least from what I can see) only she's not starting the move from an upright position. She is also doing it really slow.
Emotion, I don't know which would be easier, would depend on what your more comfortable with the brass monkey and forearm grip or the shoulder dismount. There is not Brass monkey in my move, only a leg lock/hold into a shoulder dismount.

Hmmm there isn't any move ON the pole that I can think of that would focus on the glutes. Contracting the bum in the knee hold would work the butt! If your taking the lessons these 2 GREAT for your butt! And will help you achieve nice lines when you dance. It's the Veena Tumble! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif different than the Jenyne tumble, only the leg hold/start position is the same. The one in the video you posted of me, has an added shoulder mount flip to the beginning of it, so you will have to learn the Veena Tumble first in order to catch yourself!!! The body and arms are doing very differnt thing than for the Jenyne variation. I'm not going into brass monkey at all, your body and leg is across the pole so brass monkey wont be an option. I will make a slow motion vid of my tumlbe sometime. Here is an OLD video of my tumble https://stage.studioveena.com/videos/view/42f26c86-b88e-11df-856f-001b214581be.

I'm making you all a video that will hopefully help you see the difference between a headstand, elbowstand, forearmstand, and handstand. Then I need to get back to work on hooping lessons! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I mean…. what if you had the poles put into the ground/flloor instead of attached to the ceiling. This studio Body Blast has it and then the poles are removable and REALLY easy to install when you need them. They are pretty tall and very sturdy! Here is what it looks like https://stage.studioveena.com/videos/view/72a0f8a2-b88f-11df-856f-001b214581be

LOL I think your taking the lessons right? If so how many reps can you do in the Knee Tuck? The hold used and muscles are very similar to the V Invert. If your inverting with the hands too high or body away from the pole you wont be able to bring the hips up as easily. Your Basic Invert should be strong and controlled before attempting the V variation,

When going real high with multiple poles that might be your best bet. Was is Marrkstar?…or Markkstar? not sure of the spelling, that some of the members ordered from and they like them. .

Ah yes, after a shower would be good too!
Thanks for posting the blog review amy!https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I agree with amy on all of the points she talked about. If you go back to the lesson you'll see a close look at arm placement and my suggestions for the hands as well. Having your hands flat with fingers spread will give you a nice base. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
