I have the X stage and LOVE it. Its sooooo stable and spin mode works great! I have both a 45mm and 50mm for it. I love how tall the pole is I'm around 5' 8" and have plenty of pole to work with…here is a video of it in action for those who are curious, I am using my 45mm pole in this video https://stage.studioveena.com/videos/view/4dc9b768-1f58-4fd4-814e-68bb0ac37250
