I dance in swimwear all the time!!! It tends to have a bit more crotch coverage than some of the bottoms being sold out there and I like that. One of my favorite tops is a cheap Target swimsuit top. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Hi, if your taking the online lessons….here are the 2 lessons for the Hand and Elbowstand.

I’m so happy to hear the lessons are helpful. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I feel its very important to understand the basics because most pole moves develop from basic moves. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
Also the iguana (pencil mount as I call it) is not an intermediate move in my lessons its advanced. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif

Cool thanks guys. I think of it more as a plank too. I like twisted plank or attitude plank. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_compress.gif

*pokes head out of closet* Not too many know this but….I also suffer from Anxiety https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_shaking.gif and depression https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_pale.gif . Its not easy to deal with and poling helps with my depression more than anything. The anxiety is still a constant trial and error, sneaking up when I least expect it. But I’m working on it and over the years it has become much better https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif
