Trying to figure out if there is anyway I could make it?! Hmmmm I would love to see all these guys in action! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_king.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_king.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_king.gif

Ok thank you Velvet, https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I have never seen a chair done that way. I would just be careful with that bottom arm, it puts unnecessary strain on it.

I’m still confused as to how one would do a chair spin using a "full bracket" https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif And yes I have this is listed as an Intermediate move and far into the spin section anyway….not for beginners even with 2 hands!!!!

No I haven’t PDR….I would worry about losing contact with my shoulder on the pole at the top of the movement. My fave for the SMF is the Veena grip.

Friday chat goes all day… every Friday and its free. We do everything from chat about boys to turn on our web cams and share our pole knowledge with each other. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
The lessons are
20 $ for 30 days
35 $ for 60 days
99 $ for one year https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I’m added new lessons each month and I have many more planned! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif -
Welcome, I get excited when I see more exotic dancers working on pole!!! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif The pain you had after inverting….more than likely means your not strong enough on your non dominate side. I would be helpful to add some strength work both on and off the pole to balance things out like Amcut suggested. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif If you have a pole there are always the lessons on here as well.

Sofija, doing pole sits, climbs ect…are fine, (a layback is a bit scary just because your pole sits should be rock solid first.). If your taught to "Kick" into moves or they have you doing one handed or spins to the side of your pole first, then you might want to find a different studio. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

Anyone can pole dance! I don’t start you off with spins, in the lessons you work on strength both on and off the pole. This is VERY important. Don’t give up, pole dance can be fun and beneficial for anyone. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
