I do have a good set of full body stretches at the end of the cool down. So check those out if your taking the lessons. You may have noticed I recently add a stretching section. I have a few in there right now. I’ll be adding many, many more, for the whole body. You can stretch everyday…ALWAYS WARM UP FIRST don’t over stretch and breath.

If I’m understanding correctly…I have had a very similar if not the same issue for years…..
It usually last a few days but I went a few weeks once with that feeling of needing to pop/locked hip. It was not fun. This is what seems to help me.
I HAVE to warm up well before I do any exercise…..if I get too cold, say for instance in a cold swimming pool and I jump in and start swimming while cold, I will have that tight/locked hip start to flare up. Happens every time! So HEAT is very helpful. Also to free up my hip I do small hip rolls, really focusing on pressing the hips forward….gently. It can be painful when its locked but it does work. Another preventive measure that has been helpful for me is to use a tennis ball. After a work out or if I’m feeling stiff at night, I will place the tennis ball under my bum. Switching between above the "sits" bone and then below. Applying as much pressure as I feel I need. Then I lay prone/face down and place the ball under my hip. OMG it really works out the kinks and is a wonderful way to get a bit of a massage without needing someone else to help you. Strengthening the hips has been helpful too, just be sure to WARM UP FIRST AND STRETCH AFTER.

I am not sure what color I like the best now. The bright red/fuchsia was my fave before but now the black? I am talking about your hair, or course! Both colors really make your eyes POP.

What exactly would you want tho…..Just a New section added for example: POLE MOVES… you want a whole BEGINNERS section? Or are you looking to just post a Topic? Hello Girls,
I have a question for you. I always use shorts for pole dancing but I have a problem. Everytime i film myself or take pictures of me, while I open my legs, "everything" can be seen and I often have to put a big coloured star to censor the picture if I want to publish it. What can I wear for not showing my private things? I always use underwear too but in some cases, even if I wear shorts, the underwear can be seen. What do you think I can wear to avoid this kind of problem?thank you

I have a bunch of strength training moves you can do with your pole in the lessons here, so if your looking to learn from home check them out! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I don’t recommend that beginners start off with spins, they are harder on the wrist, elbows and shoulders, then most people realize.The lessons focus more on preparing your body for pole with other fun moves.
