Ice, take an anti inflammatory, REST and if it feels good do some LIGHT stretching. Upper arm is pretty broad so its hard to say what is up, but you can’t go wrong with rest, its fine to go about your daily tasks if it doesn’t make it feel worse. I laugh and say "well that is one work for it" then go on to explain all the other wonderful benefits of having a "stripper pole" I call it a dance pole, because for me its an art form more than sport. The biggest thing that will cause your pole to stick is if you use the Release Rods to TIGHTEN the poles…make sure you only hand tighten the poles. I don’t take my poles down every month but I do go through and while the pole is up…take the Release Rod and loosen all the joints then gently re tighten. I’m a cheater. I think it would be cool if someone made some pole practice Knee Pads… They could have the grippy vinyl on the back so you can still do knee pit holds and then cute fun colors on the pad part. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I have a pair of cheep Knee Pads I picked up at the Sporting goods store (volley ball section) and I might have some fun with them and try my idea. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif

You CAN purchase one from us…..you will just have to wait until Canada receives their shipment.
