Ice, take an anti inflammatory, REST and if it feels good do some LIGHT stretching. Upper arm is pretty broad so its hard to say what is up, but you can’t go wrong with rest, its fine to go about your daily tasks if it doesn’t make it feel worse. Sometimes not using it at all can be counter productive. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_viking.gif

Most people who come into my home and see the pole say….oh NIICE…and giggle, then again I explain a bit more about why its there. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif lol

The biggest thing that will cause your pole to stick is if you use the Release Rods to TIGHTEN the poles…make sure you only hand tighten the poles. I don’t take my poles down every month but I do go through and while the pole is up…take the Release Rod and loosen all the joints then gently re tighten. I’m a cheater. I think that was my favorite performance of the night, she did great. Thats a wicked cool move. Just be very careful if you have any knee problems, this one would be killer on the poor knee joints!! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/alien.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/alien.gif

You CAN purchase one from us…..you will just have to wait until Canada receives their shipment. My guess is Canada is all out of original x poles too, which is why I was confused about how they were taking orders https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I will post when Canada receives their poles and then you can order from us if you would like.

The Xsport has the smaller plate…that pole doesn’t spin
The X-pert is the spinning X pole that one still has the larger dome. Here are some more photos of the poles for you
