I have heard of the cup….but what about those who have had babies?? I used the birth control ring for a short time and the thing wouldn’t stay in place, I would worry about cup slippage. LOL Is this an issue??

Welcome!!! Don’t feel like you have to be 20 to start pole dancing. I started just weeks before I turned 30, and I have no dance or gymnastic background….you can do this. Have fun with it!! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Pole dancing moms Rock https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

Yes, only on my TG not the Chrome finish…..It’s not visible like condensation, but a dehumidifier might help! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I saw this post earlier….and I’m still thinking https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif …..I have the same trouble with my titanium gold pole. It gets almost sweaty when the humidity is high…we have had rain a lot lately. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

A larger sized pole will always feel "sturdier" but I prefer my 45mm its been easier on my wrist and elbow joints. The 50mm is standard size for most studios and competitions although it seems to be slowly changing to the smaller 45mm for competitions. I still use both. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

If your getting into the superman via the Gemini, then moving into a split grip position with the arms, pole resting on your lower thigh, you will be able to play with the positioning of the arms before you flip over into the final position. To flip more easily think of keeping your nose to knees, this way you stay bent at the hips and can turn/flip over slower. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
