Charleys your tutorial was great! It was really cool to finally hear your voice too! You sound like a wonderful teacher. I just found out I’m pregnant! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif SO happy about it, not too worried about the wrench it will throw into my pole dancing ambitions……I’m not totally ready to stop inverting yet, but no more working on new inverts…….I really want to keep spinning, I don’t want to completely lose all my arm strength! I plan to mostly work on my flexibility and take advantage of my softening bones.

Yep, we did the the floor work challenge in Aug. But challenges can be done at anytime. Yeah everyone is different, try not to think about the horrific pain…try ponies and ice cream instead https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif and don’t forget to breath though the burn. Also one you become stronger and your more accustom to the moves you’ll start to rely less on just the skin to hold you up, and more on using the strength of your muscles https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif I will get better.

If you wanna try it, you will need strong core, obliques, lats they are a biggy, biceps, forearms wrists.
