Today you’ll be working on conditioning for the shoulders and have some fun with pole walks and tush push.

Pro tip: You might find conditioning exercises boring, I get that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. One thing that can help is to understand that you’ll see the best results when you don’t “zone out” when training. Instead of putting energy into feeling bored or frustrated, tell your mind to focus on which muscles are working. Can you feel them or see them? Imagine the area you’re training glowing brighter with each rep and remember how much stronger you’re becoming.
