POLE – ADVANCED: Flexibility is needed for this one, so I’ve labeled it as Advanced! This one has all kinds of goodness in it starting with an Extended butterfly coming into a Standing split, then moving into a Back hook that flows into an Invert finished with Bum slide to the floor.
