I’ve only have sweaty hands in the summer in Vegas, but not often. Try mighty grip worked great for me. Also what have you been cleaning your pole with?

Yes! Just like using alcohol but it leaves a nice sent! 👃

Thanks! My kids are so much bigger now! 12, 11, 8 and the baby is 5!

I’m so excited to see someone wrote about this, I also find it very interesting! Back when I started lifting weights it became pretty clear that short limbs were able to handle heavier loads, the muscle were not necessarily stronger but the leverage was different…..it use to frustrate me. lol So pole dancers keep this in mind when you get frustrated with things like Iron X and SM stalls!
Thanks so much for sharing this I think it’s really important for everyone to see, because we are not all the same and everyone has their strengths!

I like my ACE cert, been with them for 12 or so years. However with anything it’s up to you to continue learning and studying even outside of what a cert requires of you. 🙂

When my kids were all smaller we played on the pole a lot together. They still like to use it but not as often. However, Henry and I will still have little play sessions together. 🙂 I think it’s important for kids (and adults) to see pole is what you make it!

That’s good to hear the dvd is better then what I purchased.

For me it works best to wait at LEAST 4 hrs before poling. I prefer to lotion at night and pole in the morning. I cannot pole if I used lotions like bath and body or oily stuff, I use lubriderm.

I know others here have worked with them so maybe they can tell you if it’s worth it.
Kicking higher is dynamic movement so doing static stretches will not improve that greatly. Try doing the Lower body routine https://stage.studioveena.com/lessons/view/52e9d171-5724-43b2-8784-47960a9aa0eb this has dynamic movement in it, you can also do this routine as a warm up before stretching. With middle splits remember that not everyone can achieve a perfect middle split, it’s great to work on them but not necessary to have a middle split. Back bending is one that can take time too. Yoga can be great for working on back mobility.

I’m very much into mind body work, I meditate and have had great success with self hypnosis. I do most of my continuing ed in mind body so that’s not why I would be hesitant. I’m just very leery of claims that sound too out there and have no scientific proof. The websites I saw seemed unimpressive to me, but I’m just skeptical at first, seeing claims that this can cure disease sets off a red flag. If there’s no potential for injury then nothing wrong in trying it, however I’m guessing it’s not cheap. I’m always hesitant with any kind of body manipulation done by someone else.

Do you feel like you’re stuck as far as progress? Maybe try meeting up with someone and stretching together, we have a webcam function in the chat room.

From what I’ve seen of their download stuff, it’s very advanced without a lot of direction but maybe the dvd’s are different? I know many girls have enjoyed using Alethea’s stretching dvd’s along with the lessons here.
