Hi RedVelvet! Are you a home poler or do you have a studio you learn from or are you self-taught? Do you have structure to your practices? Also a month is NOT long at all. Have you tried it on static? Also the grip you use can make a difference. Is you're thumb up or down in your bottom hand for the Split grip? If you're taking the lessons here are you able to do it with the knees bent as shown? You'll also see what Rune and Chem mentioned, C shape body and push with inside leg lift with the outside lead leg, the other will follow in the lesson.

Um I had no idea those existed Trixi!!! So cool!!!! I think I might have to get some! I have footundeez but my toes still get twisted when I dance on carpet.

Until you’re able to view the lessons you can just look at the order. It would be better than nothing! 🙂

You can always use the lessons here as a reference. They are place in the order in which MOST should progress building the strength and proper form needed.
