It’s not difficult to fill the holes when you leave. The important thing will be to make sure you have found the stud so you drill into that, and don’t end up drilling all over! 🙂

Byrdgrrl, I plan of getting something for outdoor use…the weather is just great here so it would be nice! I have to wait on that for now though. Where did you buy yours?
I decided to go with a studioveena member Hope Banrion McCurdy for the hammock! If anyone else is interested here is her site. http://www.aerialempowerment.com/aerial-store.html https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

AdministratorSeptember 13, 2012 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Thinner pole better for short legged polers?A lot of it really comes down to personal preference do to the tricks you tend to gravitate towards. I don't mind dancing on any diameter pole, I like them all. I find that some of them allow for different variations or more comfortable positioning than others. I like smaller diameter poles for things that involve using hands only. The larger 50 is great for legs and thigh holds, I like it for armpit holds as well….. and flags. For me the 45mm is the best of both worlds, not too large or too small. Really you can learn to work with any size pole though! https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

I think there are a few other stretches in the individual lessons as well, you may want to take a look at those. Not all of the individual lessons are in the routines. The individuals also give you a bit more direction for placement ect also. You'll see the muscles stretched listed in the description….they are also placed in groups. https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

If you have disc issues you should talk with your dr about back exercise that are sutable for you. If you have a healthy back, you shouldn’t have a problem with stretches that use extention.
Have you tried using any of the stretches for the back in the lessons or the back mobility routine?

Try using a steamer, like one for clothes, to clean it. An iron set to steam would work too. Make sure your pole is warmed up as well this will help with grip.

I think the new colors are on the website! I’d have to look and see if the bottoms are on the site.

Of course I bought some https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif Also today at Target I saw they had underwear….the short's like style 2 for 1 in hot pink and some other fun colors. I think they would work great for pole. I can't remember the brand….https://stage.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
